Welcome to The Playful Couple! By participating in my services—including group couple chats, private mentoring sessions, or engaging with any of my content—you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Who I Am

The Playful Couple is run by a single practitioner offering mentoring and support to couples looking to reconnect, grow, and rediscover their playful connection. My services include online group chats and personalised 1:2 mentoring sessions.

 

2. Eligibility

To use these services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Participate voluntarily and respectfully

  • Be in a committed relationship (married, partnered, dating—your definition counts)

 

3. Nature of the Services

I offer guidance, not therapy. These services are not a substitute for licensed counselling or mental health care. If you or your partner are experiencing crisis-level issues, I strongly recommend seeking help from a qualified therapist.

 

4. Confidentiality & Privacy

I respect your privacy:

  • What’s shared in group chats stays in group chats. All participants are expected to maintain confidentiality.

  • I will not share your personal details without your consent.

However, I reserve the right to break confidentiality if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

 

5. Respectful Conduct

This is a safe and inclusive space. I have a zero-tolerance policy for:

  • Hate speech, harassment, or abusive behaviour

  • Sharing another couple’s story without permission

  • Inappropriate or sexual content outside of the agreed coaching framework

Violations may result in immediate removal from sessions or groups without a refund.

 

6. Booking & Payments

  • All sessions must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.

  • Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. No-shows or late cancellations may be charged in full.

  • Group chat access is granted for a set duration; details will be provided at signup.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All materials (PDFs, videos, exercises, etc.) provided by The Playful Couple are for your personal use only. Please do not share, reproduce, or redistribute without permission.

 

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated occasionally. Any changes will be posted on the website, and your continued use of my services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
